Salon MK is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what they do and it is reflected on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We stay up to date on current trends and techniques through continuing education and collaboration. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

At Salon MK, we take pride in our work and our excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your time here, for whatever reason, we encourage you to contact the salon so we can improve your experience. Your feedback is always welcome! We will gladly offer to redo a service if Salon MK is contacted within 48 hours of the original service.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. After 2 late cancels (less than 24 hour notice), we reserve the right to charge you a deposit when booking your next appointment. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Product Return Policy

Unused products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund in the form of original payment. Used products, if they are up to 30% used, maybe exchanged for a new product or salon credit.
